Why hire just one Event Planner when you can hire an Event Planning Team! At Huskey AMA we believe in quality, and we’ve found that in order to keep the creative juice flowing, while still providing that quality, it’s best to have multiple individuals working towards the same goal. Each member of your wedding planning team specializes in a specific aspect of the planning process. Professional planners, musicians, designers, photographers, and more will work on your behalf to make sure you receive the best venue, vendors, and other key professionals that will make your event spectacular!

There is much detail that goes into planning an event that is flawless to onlookers. Rest easy knowing you put that task in the hands of experienced professionals who pay attention to such detail. We know just the right uplighting, caterer, decor, and music needed to set the right tone for any occasion. We have many working relationships with vendors, and small business owners throughout, the Carolinas and Georgia.

Currently, we offer a few different types of planning services:

Consultations: we offer consultations for wedding, corporate, and social events. During a consultation you can expect to receive assistance choosing the best venue and vendors available in your area.

Day of Coordination: a coordinator will work with your selected venue and vendors prior to the event to ensure smooth transitions on the day of.

Partial Event Planning: you will receive periodic consultations, day of coordination service, along with the contact information of highly reviewed vendors in your area.

Full Service Event Planning: give us your vision and we will plan your entire event from start to finish. This service includes unlimited consultations, day of coordination, contract and payment handling, invitations, RSVP’s, and after event thank you cards.

A La Carte: if you are not sure exactly as to what your needs are, or if you only need assistance with certain parts of your event; this is the choice for you. Choose only the services you need assistance with, and our event planners will price you accordingly. This service is excellent for clients on a budget, or have some of the leg work for their event already done.


Full Event Planning – $1499

Partial Event Planning – $995

Day Coordination – $795

Consultations – $75 an hour

2 Consultation Package (initial & follow up) – $125

Note: events with budgets over $8,000 are considered large. Service fees for these events will be 20% of the total budget
